What's the difference between the Care, Love, and Obsessed plans?
Each plan supports a different level of pet care. Care gives first-time pet parents the essential tracking tools. Love expands into personalized plans and deeper guidance for multi-pet families. Obsessed unlocks advanced Petto Intelligence insights, up to 10 pets, unlimited reminders, and full-household wellness intelligence.
All plans include Petto Intelligence, behavior tracking, health timelines, reminders, and secure record sharing. Higher tiers add more Petto Intelligence sessions, more customization, more pets, and smarter predictive insights that help you stay ahead of changes in your pet's health. How does pricing work for multi-pet households?
Each plan includes a set number of pets. Care includes 1 pet. Love includes up to 3 pets. Obsessed includes up to 10 pets.
If you have more than 10 pets, Petto will guide you toward an organization plan designed for families who foster, run rescues, or care for larger groups of animals. You'll never lose access or need to start over. You simply choose the plan that matches the level of care your household needs.
Can I switch or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. Your account stays intact, and your pet's history remains right where you left it. If you change plans mid-cycle, Petto prorates the difference automatically so you always pay a fair amount.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
If you cancel within the first 14 days of starting a new annual plan and feel Petto isn't the right fit, we'll refund the unused portion automatically. After that window, your plan continues until the end of the billing period, and you can adjust your subscription whenever you're ready.
Will premium features expand over time?
Yes. Petto grows with new capabilities, smarter health insights, and deeper integrations over time. Premium users receive new features as they're released, and you'll often see early access to advanced tools before they roll out more broadly. Your plan evolves the same way your pet's care does — always moving forward.
Do you offer discounts for shelters, rescues, or veterinary partners?
Yes. Organizations that care for larger groups of animals can access our dedicated organizational plans. Registered nonprofits may be eligible for discounted pricing. These plans support shelters, rescues, sanctuaries, and municipal programs with predictable pricing and the tools needed to manage high-volume care.

How do I update my payment method or account information?
You can manage your payment method and account details anytime from your account settings. Simply log in, navigate to your billing section, and update your payment card, billing address, or subscription preferences.
All changes take effect immediately, and your information stays secure through our payment processor, Stripe. If you need help or have questions about your account, reach out to us at support@petto.health.
