How billing works

Base fee

Charged monthly based on the number of active animals in your care.

Intake fee

Charged each time a new animal is added. Covers document handling, Petto Intelligence processing, and record extraction.

Automatic tier adjustments

If your active animals exceed your plan's limit:

  • You are notified in-app and by email
  • A 14-day grace period gives you time to adjust
  • If you exceed the limit by more than 10 percent, your account is upgraded at the next billing cycle

Intakes are never blocked. Your team can continue caring for animals without interruption.
